This area covers requests for criminal records checks under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) for employment, volunteering or regulated activity. They review disclosures for accuracy, challenge incorrect entries, and coordinate with employers and safeguarding bodies to ensure compliant recruitment or ongoing suitability.
