“We recently used Thomas Flavell and Sons for our house move. Our assigned solicitor was Sarah Workman but had contact with lots of others in the company too. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive and although our move took longer than we would have liked this was as a result of factors beyond our control and that of our solicitors. Sarah and the team were prompt to reply to queries and chased for answers where they could in an effort to get us moving quicker. In the end, things seemed to all happen all of a sudden and once again Sarah and her team went above what we would have expected to ensure everything was done on time and all of the paperwork was accurate and correct. We cannot recommend Thomas Flavell and Sons highly enough. We are very satisfied customers.”

“I’ve had the most flawless and lovely experience with Martin Tolhurst when buying my first ever property. My solicitor Gemma Nie was very professional, answered all my silly questions, I could talk to her without being worried to be judged (as some of my questions and enquires were actually quite silly). I wanted to get the purchase done as quickly as possible - and it happened! Highly recommend!”

“I have purchased my first house with Deniz. Despite a short notice, he was able to meet my every needs with his solution oriented mindset while also keeping himself available whenever I had a question. I greatly benefited from his undoubtable expertise and knowledge thru his friendly and patient approach which made the whole process much smoother. Could not have been happier and would recommend to anyone who would like to work with a first class reliable solicitor with vast experience who makes sure to keep your mind at peace. ”
