We discovered that a completely unrelated firm was attempting to profit by linking themselves to our company name and our reputation and immediately sought help. Our email was responded to and within a short time we had a solicitor ( Daniel Fletcher) on the phone, with a clear plan for how we could proceed. This was followed up on Monday and by Tuesday a forceful letter had been dispatched. By Friday we received assurances that the other company would withdraw every reference to the offending material and this was acted on promptly. All sorted inside a week.
