I used Ollie to purchase an old agricultural barn with planning permission to convert to a home. This was a more complex purchase than anticipated due to boundaries, challenges with services, accessways etc but his knowledge and attention to detail was second to none and really took our future needs into consideration. We reached out to Ian to help with a deed of easement on our property. Over the course of the process, Ian was always on top of things and let us know exactly what we needed to do to make progress.
