Having used WGA for two land purchases and two house sales in the last five years every time communication has been plain English and thoroughly explained. All calls and emails have been answered quickly, all costs have been transparent and matched what was quoted.

I had the privilege of using Blacks Solicitors in purchasing 4 properties. Blacks LLP was recommended by a colleague of mine, and hence I followed through with this. I wasn't disappointed by this. The work done was efficient, advice to me was always welcome, communication was good. Claire Cooper worked well with me as did her assistant Libby Jackson. Thank you to both.

Lyons Bowe was extremely helpful and efficient for our first home purchase. I would like to mention that Holly Inglis and Ally Hardy were both especially helpful and made the process smooth and quick! Alex Smith also made our exchange and completion go smoothly and made us feel confident throughout!

I had a fantastic experience throughout my conveyancing transaction with Hopkins Solicitors. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and hassle free. Georgia and Amilya were professional, knowledgeable, responsive and always happy to answer any questions. Their communication was clear and timely and I always felt informed at every stage of the transaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for an efficient and reliable conveyancing team. Thank you for making the whole process so seamless!

Fast, professional service - I needed an adjustment to our title deed. The error was identified, pointed out to us with a clear advice on what needed to be done. The work was carried out swiftly and efficiently.

This is the 4th house conveyancing that Kellie and her team have done for us. On one occasion a rare obscure technical issue others had missed ,was spotted. So important that we stopped the purchase. Whenever we contact the office they are clearly happy to help with the query, and, as a team are cheerful and determined to take pressure off the client; a welcome feeling on which to end a phone call. We have absolute confidence in the knowledge and abilities of Kellie and her team.

Bakshi and her team guided us through a very complicated sale particularly concerning a land issue. Whatever hurdles came up (and there were plenty), Bakshi over and again went the extra mile to find solutions. This in addition to all the other issues around the sale and purchase of the properties. We all particularly looked forward to visiting the office, seeing Bakshi in person. She made us feel welcome and important clients, and was very very patient with us. Other appointments were with members of her team who also could not have been kinder or more efficient. We will certainly come to Bakshi again when and if we need legal support and have no hesitation in recommending her unconditionally.

Grace helped me purchase my dream home that me and my late husband picked and hrlped me with other matters as well
