Our solicitor helped support my partner and I through the process of replacing our Wills, POA and reviewed civil partnership vs marriage options with respect to estate planning and impact of inheritance tax etc. Great service and support by Ali and the team of advisors that he brought in for specific questions or advice. The review request does not show potential areas for improvement, so have listed one just here. We have now had multiple services provided by Slaterheelis for property sales/purchase as well as estate planning. In general, each time we have to fill out a new client form - perhaps there is a way to stream line this so as to not be so repetitive, but still allow for each activity to be clearly listed, fees and service acknowledged.

Very good experience, on the most part, however I got a surprise that what was quoted, as it didn't include a gifted payment towards my deposit from my parents. A lot of work for money laundering checks but I'm glad it worked out and had enough to cover the extra expenses

Jenna Green, supported by Rachel Griggs, acted on behalf with both the sale of my existing property and the purchase of my next. Jenna was incredible from initial enquiry through to post completion. I was provided with all paperwork, search results, contracts in a friendly and timely manner. Most contractual enquiries where pre-empted and acted upon promptly, and if I had any questions they were answered on the same day. When I visited the office for documents to be signed and dropped off all the colleagues at Ward Gethin Archer were very friendly and happy to assist. Jenna understood that all parties wanted to move quickly with sale and purchase and she drove this, especially when we having problems with my buyers solicitor, who were dragging their heels. I preferred to communicate through email, but on completion day when we were experience avoidable delays, Jenna called me several times to update me on the progress. I knew she was doing everything she could to get us over the line and I'm so grateful for her incredible empathy and service. Post completion, we had a couple of issues with Solar Panels and HMRC, but again, without hesitation Jenna resolved these for me. This was the 2nd time I'd used Ward Gethin Archer for my conveyancing and you have a client for life. Simply incredible!!
