Barrister Negligence covers claims arising from negligent acts or omissions by a barrister (advocate) acting in England and Wales. A solicitor practising in this area helps clients pursue compensation for losses caused by errors in legal advice, drafting, advocacy, or preparation, and may coordinate investigation, gather evidence, instruct experts, and liaise with regulatory bodies and the court to pursue a claim. The work often involves assessing liability, court or tribunal procedure, and the impact of the negligence on the client’s case.

I had a very stressful professional complaint and Marie Dancer was knowledgeable, informative, quick to respond and brought the issue to a successful conclusion and complaint dismissed. Marie made a very difficult situation manageable and I can't recommend her highly enough.
