Rachel was recommended to me by my estate agent and I am so pleased that she was. As a first time home buyer going through the process solo, I was nervous and unsure of the process. Thankfully, Rachel was absolutely fantastic throughout. From our first correspondence through to completion, Rachel was there keeping me thoroughly informed, answering all my questions and not once letting me get flustered. As most people say, buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do. However, with Rachel, I found it to be far less stressful than what most people say. The purchase of any property is never going to be a smooth ride, but, Samera at Stephens Wilmot made the process as painless as possible and was absolutely brilliant. Any time I had questions, and there were a few as I am a FTB, she answered promptly, proffesionally but most importantly clearly. Would reccomend!

I recently used Stephens Wilmot Solicitors, as they were recommended by my mortgage advisor, and were very reasonably priced. I was assigned Samera and Megan for the sale and purchase of a property and I had no issues. We had a 11 month beast of a move with a 5-house chain that fell down twice. All of our suppliers let us down to an extent, the only exception was Cheryl and her team at Stephens Wilmot who were amazing and kept it all together for us. We've moved twice now and both times have used SW and we would find it very hard to use anyone else in the future. The only downside is that you have to write the word 'Mamhilad' three times on every envelope.. it's really a bit much.. Thanks Cheryl, I hope this glowing review gets you a big fat pay rise ;)

Emma, along with Elise, has been amazing. What started out as a simple, no-chain, house sale turned into something much more complicated.
