From the beginning we had someone else that wasn't very useful! but then Aimee and ellie took on our sale and were brilliant keeping us well informed updated and chasing up the sale

The area of improvement could be giving the option to sign everything digitally, i had to post numerous papers special delivery. This delayed the process and was expensive. Also I woukd have benefitted from a checklist which gave a flow chart of each step required once one had been completed, I did lose track of what I had done .

Rachel acted for us on a residential purchase that was far from straightforward. It involved bridging finance, third party security and several intersecting legal workstreams that all had to be kept moving in parallel. Rachel stayed on top of the detail throughout, coordinated properly with the lender's solicitors, and gave clear, direct answers whenever a point needed resolving. Communication was prompt, and I was never left chasing for a response. A safe pair of hands on a complicated matter, and I would instruct Stephens Wilmot again without hesitation.
