It’s taken 18 mths to sell my late parents property. 3 prospective buyers and a totally non responsive, non professional solar panel company and Stephens Wilmot have taken every step to resolve with the utmost detail and professionalism. Kept us updated and explained processes along the way. Helped us through the frustration of other law firms not responding and dragging the process out. Used the law and appropriate channels to remove and resolve lease issues and then complete a sale in 10 weeks.

I had a great experience with Stephens Wilmot Solicitors during my house purchase. My case was handled by Caroline Facey, who was excellent throughout the process. Although the transaction took longer than expected due to delays from the seller's solicitor, Caroline was proactive, kept me informed every step of the way, and worked hard to keep things moving.
