I first made contact with Richard Nelson via a google research. My specialty is swimming Instructor. After searching through many DBS specialists I came across Richard Nelson, thankfully! Their reviews from past clients and speaking to the administrator over the phone made my decision to use them as my representation I was appointed Mark who from start to finish was professional, down to earth and most of all reassuring with what the process entails and how we were going to respond. After much research into firms who dealt with SRA regulatory matters, Richard Nelson LLP offered the most advice and reassurance from the off. Following a lengthy initial consultation with Steve Roberts free of charge, I felt under no obligation to instruct but Steve was happy to offer initial advice. It was an easy decision to instruct Steve and after 10 years of attempting to deal with the SRA myself, thanks to Steve and Shannon I am now succesfully on the path to admission to the roll.
