We recently moved house and used Alsters Kelley for conveyancing. Our solicitor Fern Colwill was excellent. She worked really hard to push things through up and down the chain. We were confident with her advice regarding various issues that cropped up including historic ground rent, estate management and covenants. She is also lovely and very empathetic when things were being slow or during various setbacks. We would use them again for future legal requirements.

Engaged one of their senior solicitors via a family member. contacted to introduce myself and move forward and after their initial reply about be tardy due to lack of staff etc they have blanked me. 2 calls asking for her to return my calls, 2 emails all ignored, i have all the evidence. Just be aware. Edit: They finally got in contact with me, conveniently, a few days after leaving this review. I've changed to 3 stars and we will see how their service goes.

Unfortunately Alsters Kelly in Leamington Spa gave me conflicting advice on an urgent matter that they said they could handle. I then had to call several times after giving the instruction to go ahead as I still had not received any onboarding paperwork 11 days later, to be told unapologetically that there wasn't even a file open for me. At that point I took my business elsewhere, and I would absolutely not recommend them.
