I cannot recommend Deepak Badhan enough. From day one, he was helpful, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Unlike many property transactions where you are left chasing updates, I was kept informed at every single stage of the process. Petra and Amanda were equally supportive too. Emails were answered remarkably fast, and when I met Deepak he explained complex legal terms in a way that was actually easy to understand. He made buying a property feel straightforward and truly took the stress off my shoulders. Fantastic service from start to finish!

We recently moved house and used Alsters Kelley for conveyancing. Our solicitor Fern Colwill was excellent. She worked really hard to push things through up and down the chain. We were confident with her advice regarding various issues that cropped up including historic ground rent, estate management and covenants. She is also lovely and very empathetic when things were being slow or during various setbacks. We would use them again for future legal requirements.
