I cannot recommend Ben James and the firm highly enough. I was purchasing a property using overseas source of funds, and many conveyancing firms in Coventry were unable/unwilling to take on my case because of the complexity of AML checks. This firm however guided me throughout the AML checks in a very clear, user-friendly way. Ben has an excellent grasp of conveyancing law and practice. He was meticulous in reviewing the seller's solicitor's documents, ensuring that everything required was provided and raising further enquiries whenever necessary to protect my interests. He kept me regularly updated about he how was resolving issues or documentation gaps with the seller’s side, which was always reassuring and a confidence boost. Ben’s proactive communication also meant that whenever I had questions about complex technical matters, he was easy to reach and able to explain things in clear plain language without making me feel rushed. Overall the attention to detail and commitment to client service were first-class from start to finish. Many thanks to Ben and Clare!

I was recently involved in a very complex and stressful purchase that dragged on for months. Luckily for myself, help was at hand through my excellent solicitor Diane Latham at BTTJ. Diane persevered with myself and the purchase through some very challenging weeks when it appeared that that the purchase was imminently going to collapse due to ongoing delays that were out of our control. She was patient and understanding and always on hand to offer sound, expert advice and go the extra mile to get the purchase completed- for that I am very grateful and would highly recommend her services. Lynette’s empathetic nature and diligent, professional approach was everything I needed to support me through the process of my clinical negligence claim following a highly traumatic birth. Given the very personal nature of my claim it was really important to me to find the right person to take this forward and in Lynette I found a solicitor who was not only dedicated to achieving the best outcome in my case, but also mindful and deeply empathetic towards the circumstances that had brought me there, helping my family and I to navigate the complex and sometimes highly emotive process of medical negligence.
