I can’t thank Joanne and Emma at Jordan’s Solicitors enough for the brilliant job they did handling the sale of my dad’s flat. The process was far from straightforward due to a particularly difficult solicitor on the buyer’s side, who seemed determined to make things as challenging as possible. Despite that, Joanne and Emma navigated every obstacle with professionalism, patience, and great attention to detail. They kept us informed throughout, stayed calm under pressure, and went out of their way to ensure the sale went through smoothly in the end. Jordans team were very pleasant to deal with and kept me updated as to progress at all times. Fees were competetive and no hidden costs. Dealt with Halesowen office ideally situated with on street parking for visits. Can recommend.
