We cannot thank Chloe Spencer and her team, Jordan Whyley and Jade Timmins, enough for their help with a transfer of equity transaction following the death of our mother. Dealing with property transactions at such a time is difficult, but they made the process smooth and clear from start to finish. They explained documentation in plain English and always returned calls and emails quickly. Fees were clear with no hidden surprises. We intend using their services again soon and strongly recommend them to anyone needing property legal work.

Very slow, many trainee solicitors so taking too long to verify by senior. They are okay but if you are hitting deadlines please AVOID.
