We have been putting this off for several years but finally decided to take the plunge with Glover Priest, having checked out fees and reviews for two other local solicitors. Roanna Killilea took us through the Will options step by step with patience and clarity. We felt listened to and our wishes were translated into our binding Wills. The biggest hurdle in conveyancing for us was the initial communication , we would have appreciated a welcome meeting to outline the process / introduce each other as it can be confusing for ftb in the very beginning. With completion of selling our home and purchasing another recently I must say laura Underhill and chloe Thomas and the whole team were exceptional!...from start to finish they were very proactive and kept us informed of progress regularly, they chased our sellers solicitors who were not very helpful at times to get everything over the line.
