Excellent advice from Bethany. Clear concise and easy to understand. She listened as I explained the difficult situation with a partner who claims a beneficial interest in the property I own. Would recommend Bethany to anyone in a situation similar to mine. It was reassuring to know the legal stance so I could plan my next step in attempting to resolve the issue with a cohabiting partner who states he has a claim on my property whether we stay together or not.
