We’ve all got a story of where we have come from, who we are and what makes us tick. This is ours. Over the past 45 years the firm has grown from a one man band to what is now a large regional law firm employing over 230 staff across 17 offices throughout Yorkshire. We offer the broadest suite of legal services in the region and are very much embedded in the communities in which we have offices. Whilst some of the growth has been facilitated through acquiring other smaller firms, most has been organic as a consequence of clients recommending us or returning for additional services.

I cannot recommend Ison Harrison highly enough. I made a claim through Ison Harrison for injuries incurred as a result of pedestrian road collision on a no win/no fee basis. Tracey Stringer dealt with my case and was efficient and helpful throughout the process, even paying a home visit on one occasion. She calculated her fees very fairly and honourably ensuring I received 90% rather than 75% of the award. Should I need legal assistance in the future I would happily use the services of Ison Harrison and particularly rely on the advice of Tracey Stringer.

Sophie Kendall from their Middlesbrough branch was handling my personal injuries claim with CICA. It was not straightforward as CICA took about 18 months to finally settle it and tried to even say that I was not eligible for a payout. However throughout the whole process Sophie remained very professional and helpful and kept me updated whenever CICA gave her an update. Lindsay and her colleagues Rebecca and Zahraa at Ison Harrison handled the sale of my aunt’s house for me. Its been about 50 years since I was last involved in any property transaction and things have changed quite a bit over that time so I needed some guidance on the process, which Lindsay and her colleagues provided, there were some last minute issues, which they dealt with quickly and efficiently, and I was kept up to date of all the stages during the process, they were all friendly, helpful and professional Throughout the process and I would definitely recommend their services.

She was friendly, clear, invested and there were some quite challenging moments that required absolute tenacity, which she took in her stride and resolved for me. I felt really well looked after.
