Over the past 45 years the firm has grown from a one man band to what is now a large regional law firm employing over 230 staff across 17 offices throughout Yorkshire. We offer the broadest suite of legal services in the region and are very much embedded in the communities in which we have offices. Whilst some of the growth has been facilitated through acquiring other smaller firms, most has been organic as a consequence of clients recommending us or returning for additional services.

Lauren guided me through what was a very difficult process. The problems arose when we experienced difficulties with the Just companies solicitors Enact. I have since made a formal complaint about their behaviour. My complaint was upheld and I was awarded compensation. Lauren put every effort into securing my sale etc. I had meant to write to her personally but I have been very distracted with a number of issues. I have only just discovered your Review Request. I do apologize for the delay in replying and hope you are able to pass this onto her. Many many thanks

Avoid. Current taking legal action against this company.
Maybe you should train your inept solicitors to tell the truth.... and not try to ruin people's lives....
I wouldn't use this company if it was the last company on earth, communication was shocking left weeks without returning our calls, rude, totally unprofessional even to the point of our solicitor sighing documents on our behalf which was never agreed. Also Loved to send a big bill every few weeks for work that had not been done. Dragged our case out longer than it should have ever gone on for 18 months later we swapped to a different solicitors and our case was done in no time
Appalling service. From failing to register titles during purchase, to a childish and unprofessional attitude on the phone, this firm consistently let us down. Their lack of transparency gave us incomplete and asymmetric information, which directly impacted our home purchase and even led to a neighbour dispute. We had to chase them for over a year, essentially doing their job for them, only to receive extremely poor support throughout. Absolutely unacceptable.

My experience of the sale of my property was an emotional one. Doing this alone and for the first time was daunting. Becks & Chloe didn't just do the usual conveyancing stuff they supported with the process but the empathy and thought to my personal situation is what made the difference. You can find conveyancing solicitors anywhere but when you find people that care - that's what matters. Im so grateful for their support and would recommend Ison Harrison

I'd previously had a ban experience with another company so Abbigail and her team took me on and immediately stepped up to make the whole process simple! Buying a house can be stressful but she helped answer any questions and laid everything out upfront, including finances - there were no hidden costs. Would definitely recommend and will use again if I need to!

She was there at one of the lowest points in my life and she explained the whole process, advised on the cost involved and how the process would work including all the possible eventualities. We instructed Ison Harrison Solicitors for the purchase of our first home. Our matter was assigned to Daniel Haigh and his assistant Jodie Storrs. We knew from the very beginning that we were in the hands of two very experienced and professional individuals, who make a fantastic team. Every email, response, or call was prompt and eased any questions that we had. Our purchase was quite a big thing for us, being our first home, but we couldnāt have asked for better representation. Ison Harrison Solicitors, the worlds luckiest Solicitors. The reason they are so lucky is that a number of years ago someone made a brilliant decision. That decision was to employ Sonia Hussain. Probably the the worlds greatest employee, she is BRIGHT, SMART, INTELLIGENT, second to none INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE, she has a skill that people think they have but don't and Sonia has it in abundance, the skill, is ENGAGEMENT. She talks to Muppets like me in a language that I can understand, she has endless patience with Muppets like me who don't understand the first, second and third time, when I would be pulling my hair out, she is calm and professional and keeping it simple. If you are buying or selling a house, I would use Ison Harrison but...... I would insist, the person handling my business would be the BRILLIANT, CHARMING, BRIGHT, CLEVER, SMART, INTELLIGENT Sonia Hussain. To sum it up in one word, SUPERSTAR. Also a mention to Ellie-Louise, also smart, bright, helpful and intelligent. Nearly forgot Oliver [apologies] working like a Trojan keeping everything on track.
Claire and Somia. Handled a tricky and lengthy purchase for me with Great knowledge, Professionalism, consistency all with a very friendly helpful manner. They also kept within budget. I will be using them again and would recommend them to others.
