Buying a house can be stressful but she helped answer any questions and laid everything out upfront, including finances - there were no hidden costs. We knew from the very beginning that we were in the hands of two very experienced and professional individuals, who make a fantastic team. Ison Harrison Solicitors, the worlds luckiest Solicitors. The reason they are so lucky is that a number of years ago someone made a brilliant decision. That decision was to employ Sonia Hussain. Probably the the worlds greatest employee, she is BRIGHT, SMART, INTELLIGENT, second to none INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE, she has a skill that people think they have but don't and Sonia has it in abundance, the skill, is ENGAGEMENT. She talks to Muppets like me in a language that I can understand, she has endless patience with Muppets like me who don't understand the first, second and third time, when I would be pulling my hair out, she is calm and professional and keeping it simple. If you are buying or selling a house, I would use Ison Harrison but...... I would insist, the person handling my business would be the BRILLIANT, CHARMING, BRIGHT, CLEVER, SMART, INTELLIGENT Sonia Hussain. To sum it up in one word, SUPERSTAR. The conveyancing team, Leashia and Sarah, we're first class. A difficult chain made easier by their speed in answering all queries and dealing with payments. Leashia even called us on completion day whilst she was on holiday to check everything was OK, as Sarah extremely competently handled all matters in her absence. 5 star team!

Claire and Somia. Handled a tricky and lengthy purchase for me with Great knowledge, Professionalism, consistency all with a very friendly helpful manner. They also kept within budget. I will be using them again and would recommend them to others.

Really good & quick service! Would highly recommend Samantha & team for conveyancing, they dealt with the sale of our property & the purchase of our new home which took only 8 weeks. Any questions we had were answered quick and simply, nothing felt too much to ask from them and never felt the need to constantly ‘chase’ for updates - they was always already on it.
