Over the past 45 years the firm has grown from a one man band to what is now a large regional law firm employing over 230 staff across 17 offices throughout Yorkshire. Lauren guided me through what was a very difficult process. The problems arose when we experienced difficulties with the Just companies solicitors Enact. I have since made a formal complaint about their behaviour. My complaint was upheld and I was awarded compensation. Lauren put every effort into securing my sale etc. I had meant to write to her personally but I have been very distracted with a number of issues. I have only just discovered your Review Request. Avoid. Current taking legal action against this company.
Maybe you should train your inept solicitors to tell the truth.... and not try to ruin people's lives....
I wouldn't use this company if it was the last company on earth, communication was shocking left weeks without returning our calls, rude, totally unprofessional even to the point of our solicitor sighing documents on our behalf which was never agreed. Also Loved to send a big bill every few weeks for work that had not been done. Dragged our case out longer than it should have ever gone on for 18 months later we swapped to a different solicitors and our case was done in no time
Appalling service. From failing to register titles during purchase, to a childish and unprofessional attitude on the phone, this firm consistently let us down. Their lack of transparency gave us incomplete and asymmetric information, which directly impacted our home purchase and even led to a neighbour dispute. We had to chase them for over a year, essentially doing their job for them, only to receive extremely poor support throughout. Absolutely unacceptable.

This is the second time that I've used Ison Harrison (Bingley branch). This time around, despite my property purchase being an hour away I specifically wanted to use this specific branch because of how excellent the service was the first time around. Sonia, Ellie-Louise and Oliver are beyond exceptional and totally buck the trend when it comes to the traditional complaints that are banded around when it comes to the buying or selling process for a new property. This team, from this branch are absolutely faultless. Communication is top tier and you honestly feel like you're a priority. I couldn't honestly recommend anyone else and my advice is give them a go. Reach out to Sonia at Bingley and everything from there is easy. What a fantastic team and a genuine credit to the the IH brand.
Ison Harrison helped me with my divorce, I mainly dealt with Rosanna Peacey and from first contact to the final settlement i was kept upto date with everything and any questions i had were answered.
Recently completed on a sale which had some challenges but the team which was mainly led by Rebecca and Somia made the whole process much smoother. They were really supportive and kept me at ease. I would definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend Lorna & Harriet at Ison Harrison for conveyancing. My sale turned out to be far more challenging than expected, with two sales falling through and the eventual buyer's solicitor causing significant delays through poor communication and a lack of responsiveness. Throughout the process, Lorna & Harriet were professional, proactive and incredibly supportive. They regularly chased for updates, kept me fully informed, and responded promptly whenever I had questions. Most importantly, they showed genuine understanding and compassion during what became a very stressful and uncertain process. Their guidance, reassurance and persistence were invaluable in getting the sale over the line. I am extremely grateful for their help and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
