Over the past 45 years the firm has grown from a one man band to what is now a large regional law firm employing over 230 staff across 17 offices throughout Yorkshire. We offer the broadest suite of legal services in the region and are very much embedded in the communities in which we have offices. I would highly recommend Lorna & Harriet at Ison Harrison for conveyancing. My sale turned out to be far more challenging than expected, with two sales falling through and the eventual buyer's solicitor causing significant delays through poor communication and a lack of responsiveness. Throughout the process, Lorna & Harriet were professional, proactive and incredibly supportive. They regularly chased for updates, kept me fully informed, and responded promptly whenever I had questions. Most importantly, they showed genuine understanding and compassion during what became a very stressful and uncertain process. Their guidance, reassurance and persistence were invaluable in getting the sale over the line. I am extremely grateful for their help and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
Churchill Living recommended Ison Harrison for the purchase of my retirement home and that turned out to be great advice. I was assigned a dedicated person, Olivia Williams, ably assisted by Olivia Robinson who guided me through the whole process. So impressed was I, by the early contact, that I asked them to handle the sale of my property as well. Throughout my dealings with the two Olivia's they were professional, courteous and responsive. No problem was too small and they handled my queries and concerns with empathy and understanding. The target dates were all met and in my view it was a very satisfactory experience. I wouldn't hestitate to recommend Ison Harrison and in particular Olivia Williams and Olivia Robinson for any conveyancing work you require.
Conveyancing using Ison Harrison was a really great experience made all the easier by the fantastic help from Musti Uras and Aimee Dockerty. The conveyancing team, Leashia and Sarah, we're first class. A difficult chain made easier by their speed in answering all queries and dealing with payments. Leashia even called us on completion day whilst she was on holiday to check everything was OK, as Sarah extremely competently handled all matters in her absence. 5 star team!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Buying a house can be stressful, but Rose and the team at Ison Harrison made the whole process feel easy and kept everything moving smoothly. We were kept updated throughout and managed to complete well ahead of schedule, which was a huge bonus. Friendly, responsive and professional throughout – we couldn't have asked for more. This is the second time that I've used Ison Harrison (Bingley branch). This time around, despite my property purchase being an hour away I specifically wanted to use this specific branch because of how excellent the service was the first time around. Sonia, Ellie-Louise and Oliver are beyond exceptional and totally buck the trend when it comes to the traditional complaints that are banded around when it comes to the buying or selling process for a new property. This team, from this branch are absolutely faultless. Communication is top tier and you honestly feel like you're a priority.
