Two months ago, I visited their Leeds offices, seeking legal advice on what is proving hard to get any advice, covering the whole situation, on. Paperwork with me, and they took copies of it all. I was told that they'd be in touch to let me know if they could help or not. Full contact details given, and nothing heard from them. Tried again last month to see if anything has happened, but to date no reply. Even the smaller solicitors I've been to see about the same issue have had the manners to say when in their offices, or contact later the same week, that they couldn't help. These have just not bothered letting me know either way. And they still have copies of the paperwork from my first visit.

Excellent and profession experience during the whole process of selling my house. Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the near future.
