We were introduced to Kerry an absolutely lovely lady who was kind, friendly extremely helpful and patient who helped us navigate our way to buying our lovely new home. Kerry helped us every step of the way and kept us informed of all the processes and things we forms we had to fill in and made our process as stress free and painless as possible and kept everything on track for the time things were ready for the move in . I used Ison Harrison when I bought a new build house using the developer's part exchange service. At the start of the process Ison Harrison listed the actions they would be taking separately for the part exchange of my house and the purchase of the new house and made the fees and charges clear for each process. They dealt with any queries I had and sorted out any issues that arose quickly and professionally. I am happy with the service they provided.

I found that the solicitor and assistant were friendly and very helpful. Very easy to deal with. Good communications and a personal touch which made me feel like a valued customer. I would definitely recommend Ison Harrison.

I used Ison Harrison for the conveyancing of my new build property as a first time buyer. I was impressed that they have a new builds team and they were knowledgeable and made the whole experience straightforward. Absolute joke of a conveyancing firm. The person we were purchasing from used them and they were absolutely terrible . There was no chain for our purchase yet, Terri-Anne who was handling the case caused unnecessary delays, ignoring emails and calls for weeks at a time. Enquiries were raised in May, yet it took until August for these to be resolved, incorrect documents were sent over 4 times. it took us threatening to pull out of the sale to actually get this through. This should have taken at most 3 months as there was no chain, however it took 5 months to complete.

I am in my new house!! Just wanted to thank Sonia and her team for all their hard work in getting my conveyancing completed quickly. Great communication from start to finish. Sonia understood the urgency and that this was so much more than a house for me. I would highly recommend.

Leaving this review a while after actually having used Ison Harrison Bingley and Claire Loftus, because life has honestly been moving so fast. But I still wanted to come back and say this properly: I have THANKED God so many times that Claire and her team were my solicitors when I bought my home. I will always recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a home. My mortgage broker recommended Ison Harrison Bingley to me, and Clare Loftus in particular, because of how thorough and reliable she is. When I first called, I was actually told they were too busy to take on new clients. And strangely enough, that made me trust them even more. It showed me they were not just taking on as much work as possible. They clearly care about giving people the time and attention they deserve. Given delays and initial logistics regarding the property itself, it was a few weeks later where I was able to re-ring and ask if they could take me on. In this time i actually rang around other firms which are highly recommended within Yorkshire and their prices were quite a bit higher than that of the Ison Harrison quote. Once they were able to help me, the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. Claire Loftus and her team, especially Somia Hussain, were always quick to reply to emails, answer the phone, and explain anything I was unsure about. Buying a home can feel stressful and overwhelming, but they made it feel calm, clear, and manageable. I did my own research along the way, as most people do now, and I came prepared with questions. But what really stood out to me was that Clare and the team had already covered EVERYTHING before I even asked. They were always a step ahead. That gave me so much peace of mind, and it made me feel genuinely looked after. This process is not easy, especially when it is something as big and emotional as buying a home. But I never once felt doubtful or unsupported. I always felt like I was in safe hands with Claire Loftus and Somia Hussain. I will always recommend Ison Harrison Bingley to anyone buying a home. Today we completed on our house; I cannot recommend the team at Ison Harrisons highly enough.
