Great service from Sarah, and good value for money too. I got a free consultation to begin with, and the fees were very reasonable after. Most importantly, Sarah got for me the outcome I was hoping for. In short, the Army had failed to process my voluntary discharge, and kept me in administrative limbo for months. It was incredibly stressful, with the relationship having broken down. Sarah exerted just the right amount of pressure, found the right people and got it sorted within about a month of getting instructed. Not great to have these problems with the Army, but it’s such a relief to find a professional who sorts them out quickly and competently.

Selling my father’s property could have been very stressful, but in reality it wasn’t as the whole legal process was handled very professionally . Throughout she made herself readily available to meet as well as maintain regular email and telephone contact, keeping me fully informed and giving me guidance which I really appreciated. Our main contact, Sarah Dark, was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Our sale and purchase was a little more complicated and out of the ordinary than a typical move, but Sarah handled everything with professionalism, thoroughness and diligence. She was incredibly attentive, very quick to respond to emails, always kept us informed and was more than happy to take calls whenever we needed to talk something through. When Sarah was away, Louise and another Sarah stepped in and were equally fantastic. They kept us updated, chased matters when the chain became slow and helped keep everything moving when there were additional delays caused by the buyer’s solicitors.
