I am disappointed with the level of service I received when I recently contacted this firm regarding a legal matter in relation to my property. I initially called MFG solicitors several weeks ago and was told that they would email me with further information and details of the costs. Unfortunately I didn’t hear back from them. After waiting a few weeks I went into the Bromsgrove branch in person. The reception experience was quite uncomfortable. I appreciate that it can be a busy environment , but throughout the interaction I was left feeling more like a nuisance than a valued potential client. I was then asked what my enquiry was regarding and found myself having to explain the situation in the reception area, in front of another person who was waiting. I appreciate this may seem like a small thing, but I found the interaction quite abrupt and felt uncomfortable discussing what is a personal legal matter in that setting. I left my contact details and was told they would be passed on, but a further two weeks have now passed and I still haven't received any contact. I completely understand that firms are busy, but I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect a response after making contact twice. Unfortunately, the experience has left me feeling that my enquiry wasn’t particularly valued, and I will now be looking elsewhere for assistance. I hope this feedback is useful, as I would have preferred to have had a positive experience with a well-established local firm.

From the out set we have been kept informed and up to date with the relevant details that most matter to me and my wife. After my sisters death, I didn't have a clue regarding her estate. A friend of the family called Sandra recommended mfg Solicitors. They sorted her late father in law estate after his death. The recommendation was spot on. Not being online meant that correspondence between us was on the phone or more often via a letter.
