    A couple of things really worked for me - firstly, I liked the fact that the solicitor acting for me had a colleague supporting them throughout the whole process. It was clear that both were equally well informed of progress as if Zainab was unavailable Amy would provide a straight forward and clear update. The second aspect I really liked was the fact that whenever I asked for an update on progress or sent any email connected to the sale, I almost always received a response on the same day.
