Absolute nightmare. Slow to stop, no communication, slow to respond to phone calls and generally a waste of time. Only after months of persistence from ourself did we finally get somewhere. It took almost 6 months on a no chain house perches with no issues. Fare, fare to long and very, very frustrating.

Only I will go to a lawyer and explain to them what happened with my home purchase. Unfortunately, it was on your way. And I will write my story here supported by all evidence and proofs. I paid a large sum of money in a house that is not worth. After I paid the amount, they left the key to the neighbors.. So far, I am trying to get the sale contract. I wish the office manager to communicate with me.
DO NOT USE: what an absolute shambles of a firm. during the sale of my property to one of their clients there were cases of them losing documents, ignoring their own client multiple times and multiple people working the case with only part of the picture. I had to go back to my management company several times because of questions that were not asked the 1st time. This firm cost me a lot in the lead-time of the sale.
Great experience with Christine at MHD Law who helped me with transfer of equity. Always quick to reply and happy to answer any questions and guide me through the whole process.
We used Home property Lawyers to sell both sell and purchase. The conveyencing was dealt with very efficiently and we were kept informed of progress. What made the service stand out for us was how friendly and efficient both Dominic and Courtney were- easy to contact and we felt that we were dealing with real people who understood not just the legal process but also how it affected us. This is how conveyancing should be done. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend to others.

I was recommended to Gilson Gray Llp by my estate agents William H Brown my appointed Solicitor was Jemima Booker, from my first contact i made with her and her team I felt at ease knowing that my conveyancing was in good hands, all relevant paperwork was issued through out for my attention and for signing they explained everything that was going on stage by stage ,they were always contactable at any time within business hours for any problems ,they made selling my property very easy ,I would recommend Gilson Gray as an excellent company.

My experience was great when it came to update on emails and calls. I would receive forms. Then after I sent it back if I had missed something or needed more info they would reply back that day. On the phone the solicitors and receptionist would explain who's available, what needed to be done etc.
