Absolute nightmare. Slow to stop, no communication, slow to respond to phone calls and generally a waste of time. Only after months of persistence from ourself did we finally get somewhere. It took almost 6 months on a no chain house perches with no issues. Fare, fare to long and very, very frustrating.

Great experience with Christine at MHD Law who helped me with transfer of equity. Always quick to reply and happy to answer any questions and guide me through the whole process.
We used Home property Lawyers to sell both sell and purchase. The conveyencing was dealt with very efficiently and we were kept informed of progress. What made the service stand out for us was how friendly and efficient both Dominic and Courtney were- easy to contact and we felt that we were dealing with real people who understood not just the legal process but also how it affected us. This is how conveyancing should be done. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend to others.
I have used Home Property Lawyers twice, one to sell my house and buy my new one and more recently to carry out a complicated sale of my mother in law's house which required the house to first be put on the land registry. They kept us totally informed, explained everything very clearly and were very proactive in making the sale happen quickly which was essential in this case. To say we're grateful and impressed with them is a massive understatement!

Gilson Grey managed both the sale of our old property and the purchase of our new property it was great having both under the same roof.They kept us informed about everthing both through the online portal and personal telephone calls, they were always avaiable to answer any questions wether trivial or not. Excellent service and I will be using Gilson Gray again. This company came recommended by a work colleague.
