We had a complex house sale which resulted in us essentially asking Gilson Gray to complete legal sale and purchase within the space of a week! We knew this was a massive undertaking but all members of the Gilson Gray team, specifically Jill Cruickshank, made this happen for us. The team took the stress off of our shoulders and made what felt impossible, possible! We can’t thank them or recommend them enough.

The conveyancing for the sale of my late father's property was handled by Marika Stucley-Lucas.
Marika was professional in all matters & always very helpful, particularly in navigating me through completing the various documents required for the sale.
I also found Marika to be friendly, personable & down to earth which made the process less stressful.

Do not use these solicitors - unprofessional and unreliable and do not transact in good faith. After taking on a straightforward conveyancing case and wasting our time collecting all documents, decided after 3 weeks that they were now "too busy" to proceed and told us to find someone else and start again. I regret not checking their ratings before, which are unsurprisingly poor.
