As first time buyers there were alot of unknowns for us. Douglas and Tracy both made the process very straight forward and directed us along the way.
Tracy completed the transaction and sorted out some issues we had along the way. Keeping us upto date, promptly answering any questions and giving guidance throughout.

I have had an excellent experience with Gilson Gray Solicitors even though they are based in Lincoln and I am in Bristol. Everything was conducted via email and all went very smoothly. In particular my allocated Solicitor Jemima Booker, Conveyancing Executive, was helpful and professional. I also need to mention the other allocated members of staff who collate all the information, they were exceptional.
