I recently completed on a house, using Gilson Gray as my solicitors. Rachel Jowett was absolutely brilliant helping to push along the process and get a completion date sorted as quickly as possible, especially when faced with delays from the seller.

We received a professional service from Gilson Gray for our house move. Responses to our communications were usually quick. Requirements for signatures, documents and monies were explained well and commuincated in a timely manner. Overall we had a good experience with Gilson Gray during our rather long and frequently stressful move.
Gilson Grey managed both the sale of our old property and the purchase of our new property it was great having both under the same roof.They kept us informed about everthing both through the online portal and personal telephone calls, they were always avaiable to answer any questions wether trivial or not. We would highly recomend Gilson Gray for your conveyencing needs
Excellent service and I will be using Gilson Gray again. This company came recommended by a work colleague. They had a good experience and had used them on 2 previous occasions and had a good experience. It was the first time I had sold my home and Gilson Gray made it very easy. My point of contact was Taya, and she kept me up to date every step of the way. What they quoted was what I paid. I also recommend using Gilson Gray as conveyancers for selling a property.

Ellie was our case handler. Honestly we cannot thank her enough for helping out as much as she did. It’s been just under 13 weeks since we had the offer accepted so completion has been very speedy.
