Very happy with the advice and help given by Samera. She was very easy to deal with and all aspects of sorting out Power of Attorney for my father were dealt with promptly and with sensitivity. My father is currently in hospital but Samera visited and telephoned him to ensure that he was happy with arrangements. Everything ran very smoothly.

Fiona has been responsible for the quite complex matter of applying for Guardianship for my elderly mother. She proved to be knowledgeable and efficient in dealing with the many agencies involved in this process and kept me informed and responded to all my many queries by return. We used Lindsay's in Dundee for our recent property sale and purchase and had Lisa Mannion acting on our behalf. In order to avoid missing out on the house we wanted which was moving to a closing date, we needed to move quickly. Lisa couldn't have been more helpful in getting everything in place to ensure we were in a strong position to submit an offer which was ultimately successful. The service provided by Lisa felt personal and like she completely understood our individual needs and I believe she went above and beyond in her engagement with the selling solicitors to ensure we were seen as the preferred bidder at the closing date. All in all, Lisa helped us go from considering moving to being in our new house within around 6/7 weeks and we couldn't be more thankful for her help.

Just sold my house at 12 strips of Craigie place Dundee , and used Lindsay’s to sell the house , from start to finish they kept me up to date with the process along every step of the journey . Emma McFarlane and her colleagues dealt with my Aunt's estate, including the sale of the property, tax implications and distribution, acting as joint executors with myself, their expertise eased the process.
I sent a message with a detailed description of a workplace issue I had been experiencing with the view to use this company for assistance on 11/05/2026. I have never received a response after the acknowledgment of my email to date (almost a month later). Do not recommend at all and have used another helpful local Perth company instead. Even a response to say they could not assist would have been appreciated.
