Finding myself being made redundant and having a 10 day turnaround to see legal representation and get all paperwork returned. Sarah made this transition so efficient and easy for me, so it was one less thing to stress about. Katherine listened to my story and understood what I needed to achieve quickly and accurately. She worked out where the issues with my employer were and presented me with weighted options considering risk of success vs the fallout required to achieve it. I chose a strategy and we executed it successfully achieveing the most of the payment I hoped to achieve and a significantly higher payout than my employer had wanted or planned for. My experience was a positive one given an unexpected redundancy situation and I feel that we achieved the best outcome possible. Many thanks.

Helen, and Brenda, were a please with whom to deal. Professional service, totally painless. My recent experience with Co-Op for probate was painful in the extreme and your service showed how it should be done. Your service followed the rules of say what will be done, do what you said would be done, and make sure nothing is left undone, and I barely had to give it a thought. Excellent, will recommend to anyone.

Mr Reynolds dealt promptly drawing up the will to my wishes. However my e-mail to arrange the signing was ignored.
From the outset of my case Anna Illingworth and her assistant Ruth were a positive and determined team. There was no “grey area” with Anna I knew from the outset what my position was and where it was going. The advice I received was strong and this gave me confidence of a positive outcome. I was not disappointed. I had regular feedback on how the process was going and replies to any questions were quickly answered. The case progressed rapidly and at the completion I was more than happy with the outcome. Whilst I would not wish anyone to have to go through this process I would have no hesitation in recommending Anna and Rowberry Morris.
