Wills, Trusts and Probate

Dealt with the estate of my sister who died 3 yrs ago.Rather difficult due to Covid restrictions and all meetings on Zoom. My son ,an accountant was the very efficient Executor, so worked with AZIS. .It seemed to take a long time to finalise everything, but is now completed.

Have left multiple voicemails over the last 2 weeks and submitted a call back request via their website. Absolutely zero response, keep being directed to the same department from the switchboard which is being met with a voicemail. A brief call back would be appreciated to confirm whether they do cover the legal issue in hand.

I was going through a particularly tough time involving the death of my mother, the end of a a long term relationship whilst trying to purchase a house (using a Bridging Loan). Andrew and his team of Beth and Sam were superb. Oh, let me throw into the equation me being admitted to hospital and being induced into a 10 day coma. All through this time, they were responsive, helpful and most importantly, patient. I will always be grateful for their service and will use them in the future I am sure. I also would not hesitate in recommending their services.

Excellent Experience

Over the past year James has represented me in the settlement and distribution of my late father's estate. I used Knights and Hayley Goldstone to deal with the purchase of the freehold for a block of apartments by the leaseholders. Hayley was very professional and helpful in what was a very complicated purchase due to the change in the law under the Building Safety Act 2022 and the need to obtain a FREAW report on the external cladding on the listed building. A client

Contacted Knights today regarding Wills and Estate and was told somebody would call me back and they didn’t. Also spoke with Devika about acting on our behalf regarding property. Gave her addresses of both properties amongst other details so would have hoped to have received quote today. This didn’t happen, I got one email asking for address of property to buy even though this was given and then another email later in the day asking for address of property we have to sell. I am dumbfounded at how poor the service is so far so after looking at reviews below, safe to say we will not be proceeding with Knights if service is so bad before we’ve even started. This is what happens when private equity companies buy up businesses and start stripping it of anything that is quality and it’s all about profits. Poor service and calibre of staff.

My mother recently passed away and IBB (now Knights) were holding her papers, I started the request a month ago and I am still waiting for them to locate the papers. I keep being told “we cannot locate the papers currently as the archives have moved and nobody knows the new system”, blah blah, I am starting to think “can’t locate” equates to LOST! Shocking…
