    Having used BHP law over a decade namely for wills, power of attorney, trusts and deed of variation. I have been more than pleased. In the past the image of the solicitor was that of namely a man in a dark office with a stern look, and you trying not to stutter your words in case you in case you displease. Not anymore. Bright modern offices in faverdale cockerton, no problem parking. What is very nice is the relaxed atmosphere, and it does not have to be Mr Mrs or miss, all the time . Yes the first name can be used yes , nice touch .

    Our old family solicitors became part of BHP law and on the death of my mum, I was a bit worried that we would have lost the personal touch. However, from the initial scary phone call to notify them of my mums death through to the successful conclusion of dealing with mums estate, BHP law personnel were wonderfully professional and competent as well as supportive and friendly. They dealt with all our questions and went the extra mile when dealing with a sister who struggled to let go of everything. They were compassionate, supportive and fair through all the subsequent difficulties. A family tragedy towards the end of the process meant further support and work which they gave fully. If you are looking for a local, friendly and professional firm to deal compassionately with your families wills then I would recommend them without reservation.

    I sent them a contact message about free wills month but they never contacted me back. They contacted me following my original 1* review and squeezed in an appt for me, they were very nice, just waiting for paperwork now.

      Took a long time but that was out of the hands of the solicitor hands. The delay was due to courts then unfortunatley my father passed away and we had to make a new application but jennifer kept me informed on everything if it was minor she woudnt contact me to keep the costs down which we greatly appreciated

      Tracy and Fiona were the opposite of the solicitor stereotypes, they were proactive in chasing things without us asking and felt like they kept the moving process moving as fast as it possibly could have. They were also swift with their replies to any questions we did have.
