Avoid this firm for police cautions and arrest record deletions. I used Marua Anthony to delete my caution. The process was incredibly slow. I had to keep chasing her and she was very unreliable. After 1 year if waiting, inly to hear that thr Poice refused to delete my record. I was really upset and also received a mind to bar letter from the DBS, something that Maria Anthony had failed to warn me about. I eventually had to find another solicitor which cost me even more money. When the new lawyer reviewed my case, they were appalled by the poor quality of the work done by Maria Anthony which showed she was incompetent and completely inadequate in this field. My caution was removed by the new lawyer. I regtet not using them in the first place which would have saved me time and money.

I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. The attorney who was handling my case failed to complete my paperwork even after I had fully paid all the agreed fees. After we finalized everything from my side and I paid the full amount, my documents remained pending for an entire year. During that time, I repeatedly tried to contact her for updates, but she did not respond to my messages. This lack of communication and delay caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability, especially after fulfilling all my financial obligations. I hope the firm takes this matter seriously and improves its communication and commitment to clients.

Me and my wife Meera have had a long battle with the visa process with a few previous solicitors who did a really poor job and were very amateur in their approach hence the reason for a such a cheap rate. We now understand why people who charge a cheap rate dont really do a thorough job. We were introduced by Rita Kotecha by one of our mum's friend and I had also heard a few good words from other known people. Once we got to know about how much Rita charged we were very skeptical but now having worked with Rita and her colleagues we can assure you that the price you pay for a solicitor matters a lot. Rita right from the get go was very clear and thorough in her approach. She put us at the centre of the application and was working diligently to cover every aspect of the visa process. Even though me and my wife had put in a lot of input she didnt hold back in her professional approach and opinions. As much as she was positive she was also very practical and tactical in her approach. Her honesty in her work and making sure she was true to the process stands out the most. She didnt want us to cut corners, or any loop holes and ensured we didnt fall into any other false traps with the poor advice that is out their. Due to me being also very detailed and having done all the research I doubted her work but she stood firm in her decisions and held her values. I would recommend anyone to take Rita as your immigration specialist because she is true, honest and open with her work. Yes the price is high however you rather pay someone to do a job of high quality than spend money on someone who is just wanting to tick the boxes. She went above and beyond and whenever we had any questions or query she gave us the honest answer and followed through on every aspect of the visa process. We are very thankful and grateful to Rita and co.

When you are being prosecuted you need to hire someone who knows the law well enough to represent you so that you don't get hit even harder that you deserve. It happens all the time, the (throwing the book at you method). The book hurts. The police and CPS like to escalate charges. If you don't have a representative who knows what might happen. I had a solicitor from another firm before, same case. His representation was discontinued and I hired a lady from Richard Nelson LLP. She made sure the law remained honest, I was given a consequence that matched my offence not a hugely escalated sentence that would have been unfair. She knows things like what sentencing guidelines the court are empowered with and made a point to the court that they accepted which otherwise would have left me in a position where I would no doubt have been prosecuted again in future. Eve Paterson skillfully negotiated the safe zone between there should be a consequence and escalated charges to make it sound worse than it was. In my very humble opinion,if you are going into a courtroom without her good luck. But if I had a choice I would use Richard Nelson. Eve if possible.

The Solicitor that works for this firm was recommended to me by my financial advisor after the loss of a family member. The Solicitor was experienced, professional, extensive knowledge base. They also listened, took time to go through things and explained everything clearly and concisely, they also were very caring, patient and understanding during this difficult time for me. I also had contact with other members of the team and can only say they were friendly, respectful, professional and also came across as caring. If I am ever in need of a Solicitor again I would not hesitate to contact them and would definitely recommend this firm.
