We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor than Onyeka. From start to finish she was absolutely fantastic!! Buying and selling a house is one of the most stressful things we’ve ever done, but Onyeka was there every step of the way, keeping us updated, explaining everything clearly and making sure nothing was missed. She was always been quick to respond to emails, incredibly thorough and so patient with all of our questions. We always felt like our case was in safe hands, and her communication throughout was excellent. What makes her service even more impressive is that she managed to get us from our offer being accepted to exchanging and completing in just two months. We know that isn’t something that happens by chance, and it’s a real testament to how organised, proactive and dedicated she is. It’s clear how hard she works, and we genuinely appreciate everything she has done to get us over the finish line. This was not the first time we have used Napthens to assisit in our house move. This time was to purchase a house and we used the Lytham office, looked after by Sally Calvert and Greg. Sally set out expectations from the first call and maintained that. Communications were outstanding, never being avoided and always answered promptly. If any days were going to be taken as leave, Sally informed us and greg was available in Sally's absence. if you need a professional conveyance solicitor then please go to Sally at Napthens. While we are all encouraged to write reviews. 99% of the time I do leave feedback it is excellent. I like to think of it as giving something back to those who we have been fortunate enough to work with. offering our support to illustrate such wok as Napthens and in turn helping other like ourselveds to choose the right solicitors. We were helped by Sally with the Sale and Purchase of our properties. Sally was diligent, responsive, caring and super tenacious with the other solicitors involved. She made us feel like she truly cared about the speediness of the Sale and related Purchase. For what is supposed to be a stressful process, Sally couldn’t have made it less so.
