First I'd like to say it is a very professional firm, the person delt with my matter is patient and responsible. However, I didn't give 5 stars due to a common things in the legal industry, which is not very designated to individual situations. I got a very nice report with a few recommendations and options; however, about 50% of them are irrelevant to my case. Legally they are good options, but in the real business situation I dealt with, those options will not work or are unsuitable for my needs. So eventually, I feel happy to receive good support, but on the other hand, I also thought I spent too much unnecessary time and spend. This message probably is not only for your firm, as I felt it is an industry problem, but I hope you become the first few who can start tailoring your service and skills to each individual.

Case was resolved months ago. Unable to obtain an invoice from them despite calling more than 50 times. Tried to make a complaint and havent been able to do that. I'm going to have to go to the solicitors regulation authority. Not a happy customer in the slightest

Our purchase was complicated when our original solicitors went into administration 5 months into us selling our house and buying our new home. We researched firms with offices within our area and saw Elliot Mather and recognised the name immediately. I have to say the they did not disappoint. Shelly and Sally were absolutely amazing and from start to finish, we were kept updated at each stage. We could phone the office, leave a message and receive a call back to discuss anything relating to the process. Having had our initial solicitors shut down overnight was very distressing but Elliot Mather were quite simply outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure our sake, and our purchase went through without issue.
