I contacted Richard Nelson LLP after a decision to withdraw NHS funding for my partner, who is severely disabled and lives in a specialist care home. The solicitor we used, Scott Walker, was excellent. He was meticulous and diligent, and helped me understand the process during a very stressful time. He represented us at the Appeal hearing, and as a result of his hard work NHS funding was restarted, with care home fees that we had paid reimbursed. An excellent job.

From the first call and throughout the whole process to its successful outcome Rita was robust, approachable and tenacious in doing all she could to ensure that we understood all that we needed to provide so that she could present the very best case in our visa application. Highly recommended.
I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. The attorney who was handling my case failed to complete my paperwork even after I had fully paid all the agreed fees. After we finalized everything from my side and I paid the full amount, my documents remained pending for an entire year. During that time, I repeatedly tried to contact her for updates, but she did not respond to my messages. This lack of communication and delay caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability, especially after fulfilling all my financial obligations. I hope the firm takes this matter seriously and improves its communication and commitment to clients.
I am sorry to hear that your experience was disappointing. There are often delays by HM Land Registry which are outside of our control, where they often take over a year before completing a registration. However, it sounds like there were potentially communication issue where we could have done better to manage your expectations and to communicate with you.
