Desperately slow and will not answer calls
Only did the work required after multiple calls and asking to speak to the head partner. Each letter took a wait of three weeks to action. The quality of work from a legal point of view was ok but I waisted three months of my life and over £2000 getting nowhere.

Expect your bill to be 3x their estimate. For work they didn’t tell you they were going to carry out without your permission. They didn’t let me know they had spent all the money on account and then all of a sudden my bill was more than double .. They then charged me an additional 1k for reading an email asking for a further quote on another task for reviewing files without my consent. Absolutely heartbreaking to be honest. Adding more stress to my already heartbreakingly stressful situation. I genuinely wish I never got in contact with them.
