Eloise Herdman assisted in the probate/trust/IHT issues I had re my mother and father’s estate. We had an excellent trouble free experience in getting our wills and POA's prepared. An online meeting took place initially which enabled our requirements to be communicated and this led to a quotation being prepared which we accepted. The next step was to show our ID then the drafts were produced, we raised queries which were answered promptly. A final meeting took place to sign the documents. A certified copy of the Will has been received and our daughters have been sent the PAO's for signature. We can now file the documents and tick this off the to do list!

I had previously dealt with Kalim in relation to the sale of my late father’s property, so when it came to handling the sale of my late mother’s property, I did not hesitate to instruct him again.
