      Waterman’s were brilliant! Straight away I felt confident that they had my best interests at heart. They checked in regularly, offered advice and proactive suggestions, which enabled me to feel confident and secure in my life changing decision. I had no clue what I was doing regarding Scottish property law, as I was moving from England. I had a limited budget and many personal obstacles to overcome. Waterman’s were patient and supportive throughout. Now, incredibly, I have my dream home on a Scottish island! I can’t recommend Waterman’s enough. Thankyou so much for helping me to achieve my dream.

During the offer stage the person who was handling our case was quite slow in responding, requests had to be chased up a lot, and left me out of emails (and only addressed them to my male partner) which was quite annoying, but once Caron took over it was really great, excellent and quick communication.
