The team were professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough, keeping us updated at every stage of the process and always taking the time to explain any legal matters clearly. Despite the inevitable challenges that arise during a property purchase, they handled everything efficiently and worked hard to keep the transaction moving forward. Their attention to detail, excellent communication, and commitment to achieving a successful completion made what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable. I was recommended Gepp solicitors, formerly Gepp and sons, for the sale of my home… and quite simply i hit the jackpot. I cannot recommend Gepp more highly, i also went on to use them for the purchase of my new home, and am in the process of hiring them to write my will. From start to finish, they were there either in person, or a phone call away to help with every single step along the way. Bakshi Dhanda and her team, Ruth and Sam, were assigned to my case, and the knowledge, expertise, and speed with which they work together is second to none. You hear a lot of horror stories about solicitors, but George was actually the best person we worked with through this whole experience. He always responded promptly and was happy to help guide my partner and I through the process. He took the time to explain things to us when needed and answered all of our questions. Our chain completed incredibly quickly (2months!) and George was a big part in making that happen.

I don’t even know how to start, as I have so many wonderful words to say and tp thanks Gepp Solicitors, especially Bakshi, her team, which includes Sam and Ruth. We are extremely happy that we chose them, being very close to choosing someone else who was just slightly cheaper (a couple of pounds). I don’t regret a single pound spent. Especially since in our case the mortgage had many ups and downs. Bakshi made every step quick. We encountered problems from the sellers and their lawyer, but Bakshi investigated and tried to get all the answers correctly and quicker . She chased them and insisted on honest and prompt answers. Communication was exceptional and we were always kept updated. In terms of money, everything was at the end, with every cost very clearly explained. The team was exceptional in communication with our mortgage adviser, as well. As I said, honestly, it is so much to say about them, they are amazing. As a conclusion, Gepp Solicitor is a reputable, trustworthy company, with professionalism at high standards and always acting in the client's interest. We 100% recommend Gepp Solicitor, especially the Bakshi team, you will not regret your choice. We got the house in a very short time, considering it was chain proceedings.

I very recently sold my house and was recommended Gepp Solicitors by my estate agents. I decided to choose Bakshi Danda as my solicitor and I received first class service. Bakshi is the consummate professional. I was kept updated all throughout the sale of my property and I was updated with relevant information as and when necessary either by email or phone call. I did not have to chase once and was extremely happy with the service that Bakshi provided.
