Even though the purchasers pushed through the sale two days early, this was all dealt with very professionally and the sale went through very smoothly and efficiently. So glad we listened to recommendations! When searching for a Solicitor, our Estate Agents suggested Paul Robinson Solicitors due to recent experiences and reviews from other clients. Their recommendation was fully reflective of the service that we received. Communication A Solicitor that we had full access to was a priority for us. Whenever we called, we were supported by our Solicitor’s team (Millie and Enya) straight away, without exception. If ever there was a situation that the team could not support with, we were called by our Solicitor (Daryl Pentecost) directly, that day. We felt like we were a priority at all times. It never seemed like they had taken on too many clients and had too much work for their team to manage, which is a common theme we have experienced when using other Solicitors before. Timelines We were keen to move in quickly, as were our Vendors. Despite a chain and some complexities specific to the sale, the whole process from start to finish was just over 3 months. They were happy to speed up or slow down based on our preference, which was refreshing. Price It is expected and fair to say that you get what you paid for in most instances. However, in this instance, I would say this is an exception. Our quote was one of the cheapest we received and yet the service exceeded expectations. There were no hidden fees and they were transparent throughout. We would genuinely like to pass on our sincerest gratitude. Thank you so much for your service and we could not recommend you enough.

I would highly recommend Paul Robinson for conveyancing. They completed my property purchase back in 2021 and recently the sale of the same property and they were fantastic on both occasions. They are highly responsive, efficient and knowledgable. Both the purchase and sale were incredibly smooth and easy thanks to their service, which I think is quite hard to find in a conveyancer. As a first-time buyer, the whole process of purchasing a property could have felt overwhelming, but the team made everything so straightforward and stress-free.
