We used Susan Cheesewright and her team for the sale of my mothers house. We obtained a number of quotes and looked at online reviews. The reviews for Paul Robinson Solicitors were very good and their quoted price was also very good (the various quotes we received from solicitors varied a lot, which surprised us) The whole process ran smoothly, but what was outstanding was the level of communication from Susan and her team. If I telephones someone was always available and replies to all my emails were quick. I was kept informed of the status of the sale at all times. Many thanks.

Alisha and Maddyson were absolutely amazing throughout my house purchasing process. They were incredibly efficient, always responded to my queries quickly, and went above and beyond to chase things up on my behalf, keeping everything moving smoothly. Everything was handled very professionally. As with all house sales you feel it’s taking forever, but I was selling my mums home as she had gone into a care home so that was extra pressure. Sophie Cannon and her assistant Samantha Howard were excellent. I would highly recommended them.

We recently used Amber for our first home purchase and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Used Paul Robinson for conveyancing on a house move. Have nothing good to say. Constantly having to chase for updates and haven’t actually done the job we’ve paid for. Lots of documents missing and wasn’t followed up prior to exchange which we were unaware of. It has now left us thousands out of pocket. Have contacted them multiple times and always fobbed off and no apology at all. Very disappointed would seriously recommend people choose another conveyancer
