I felt as though Katie was genuinely invested in my case and that she fought very hard for me. She went above and beyond what I expected to secure a sum for me that is more than I anticipated. With Katie's knowledge, I trusted her 100% and she managed my expectations with honesty and integrity from the very beginning of my journey. I was continually reassured and felt very supported. To watch her level of assertiveness and confidence throughout the mediation process was inspiring and I'm very grateful I had Katie on my side! I cannot thank Willans enough, in particular Tom O'Riordan, for the care and attention he gave to our family when sorting our Wills and LPAs. These were particularly emotional conversations to have, and we had very little knowledge of the process. Tom walked us through every step of the journey and explained everything in thorough detail but also in a way that felt easy to understand. He has a calm nature that helped us to navigate these difficult conversations, but at the same time is fast acting, readily available and just generally a fantastic support to have had behind us. Willans have supported our family through several milestones now, and despite having sought legal care from other places prior, it is their true caring and shrewd attention to detail that will keep us coming back again. Suzanne O'Riordan is another enormous support, going above and beyond to resolve a conflict in my house purchase. It arose from the other party and she fairly challenged their error but with manners and dignity. Thank you for going above and beyond with your service, and recognising us as a family with a heartbeat, not just a number.

After a long 3 year fight to get inheritance owed to me Simon Arneaud worked hard and tirelessly to help me get through to the end always had answers to questions and was available to talk to when needed. It was a very long process but he kept me informed brilliantly and never stopped fighting for me costs have added up as expected but I’ve always been informed of the costs involved and can’t thank Simon enough for his help and wish him all the best for the future! Hopefully I never need him again but if I do I won’t hesitate to use him again

My father has worked with Simon and Abi from The Wills, Trusts & Probate Department for a number of years and he would fully recommend their service. Where he is an executor of a will, they have obtained probate for him efficiently, promptly and for a fair fee which is quoted at commencement. It's not sour grapes because I lost it's the way I lost. I disputed a will and the opposition just rolled over me with no worthwhile response from Willans. And yet when it comes to every email, phone call, letter they are right on it with the billing. I wasted a lot of money for nothing. Would not recommend.

I found the conduct and overall service delivery of this firm to be highly unprofessional. A firm handling important legal matters should be reliable and responsive, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. It is clear that this firm prioritises its public image and looking “polished” on the outside, but their approach is entirely superficial and not genuine. They present themselves as a firm that will deliver strong results, but in reality, they are all just talk. The entire process lacked real transparency and efficiency, and I would strongly advise potential clients to look elsewhere.

Mary Young has recently completed the sale of our previous house and the purchase of our new home 12 months ago. Both transactions were not without their complications which Mary at all times dealt with extremely efficiently, professionally any patiently . Her advice is always clear and her communications always timely. A mention must be made of Emily James who completed the final transactions for both and at all times could not have been more approachable and efficient. I would without doubt recommend Mary.

I would highly recommend LLP WILLANS as i used these when i need good advice on a claim. They have been amazing over the last year and half of doing my claim. We recently sold our flat in Bristol and Heloise Brittan and Suzanne O'Riordan at Willans Solicitors were fantastic throughout. What should have been a straightforward sale became unnecessarily complicated due to delays and issues caused by the buyer's solicitor. Suzanne was particularly outstanding. She struck exactly the right balance between being steely-headed and authoritative when needed, while also being incredibly understanding during my more stressful moments. During the difficult exchange and completion stage, her calm approach, optimism and determination were invaluable. You always felt that she was firmly on your side and acting in your best interests.
