    Calm in the storm!

    As a previous client it was a no trainer to instruct Karen at Chester Russell and Russell. At times when the chain looked a little delicate and liable to collapse, Karen and Diane kept a very measured and calm approach.....offering solid advice when I was at my most stressed.
