Even when we asked a lot of questions due to our own doubt she reassured us with great simple clear and easy to understand communication without all the confusing legal lingo to keep us at ease. I paid £100 for an initial consultation but I was not satisfied with the advice provided. Some of the information given was inaccurate, including incorrect guidance about visitor rules for Brazilian nationals and overstated restrictions that do not match official GOV.UK guidance. I was also told that a birth certificate would not be required for a UK spouse visa, which does not reflect the usual supporting document requirements where proof of identity and relationship evidence is routinely requested depending on circumstances. Much of the advice did not go beyond information already available online, and I expected more accurate and tailored guidance for the fee charged. I did find that their WhatsApp text was helpful and easy to use.
