We have just bought and sold our house and Horup Khan was our conveyancer. The buying was very stressful and the first sale fell through at the last minute when our buyers buyer pulled out but Horup was fantastic and really pulled out all the stops when we got a new buyer but had to complete quickly before our seller pulled out! It was all very nerve wracking but thanks to Horup we did it. We’ve used Clifford Johnston before as they processed my father’s probate a few years ago and they were great with that as well. I can highly recommend them - A fantastic firm of solicitors

Chris recently acted for me on the sale of a property and I was extremely impressed throughout. Communication was excellent, advice was practical and straightforward, and he always kept things moving when other parties seemed determined to create delays. I particularly appreciated his no-nonsense approach and ability to explain matters clearly without unnecessary legal jargon. The transaction was not without its challenges, but Chris remained responsive, proactive and focused on getting the deal over the line. I always felt he had a firm grasp of the detail and was acting in my best interests. WOW! Natasha is literally the best solicitor. Super kind, responsive, and easy to get a hold of. She also took the time to explain things to us as it was the first time we sold a house and we needed a bit of extra help.
