I cannot thank Jared enough for everything he has done for my family over the last three years. From the moment we first spoke to him, we knew we had made the right decision. During one of the most difficult and uncertain periods of our lives, he was not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but genuinely kind and compassionate. It was always clear that he truly cared about my dad and our family. No matter how many questions we had, Jared always took the time to answer them with patience and honesty. He never made us feel like a burden and always made us feel heard. In a situation where it was so easy to feel powerless, he gave us confidence, reassurance and the strength to keep going. I will always be grateful for everything Jared did for my dad and our family. I genuinely cannot recommend him highly enough. As soon as I knew I was involved in a criminal court case, I contacted Clifford Johnston, my main point of contact being Lina (along with Erik). From the start, they were extremely professional. All communications were very clear and efficient; I was constantly updated, and they responded quickly to my queries. And finally, their efforts resulted in me being very happy with the outcome. I unreservedly recommend this firm.

Jared gave excellent, matter of fact and highly knowledgeable advice. He was great for the gathering of documents and statements. He pulled it all together into a professional, concise and laser-focused document that got exactly the result we needed. Costs were completely transparent from the start, which was reassuring, and a set figure meant I didn't need to worry about sending a follow up email. Jared replied at all times too, meaning I didn't have long waits to get help or answers (take a holiday, Jared!). I can't recommend Jared and by extension Clifford Johnston enough. Reassuring, friendly and professional.

Jared is simply fantastic. He was very professional, would answer questions I had without issue and would respond even out of hours when I got an auto responder that he wasn't available. Jared put in 100% effort and I got a result that I'm more than happy with, it felt like nothing was too small for him to be willing to take on. He recommend a barrister who was equally as brilliant and even he commented on how much work Jared had put in to make his job easier. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs a solicitor
