    David was extremely supportive throughout our house purchase. He was responsive to emails and where we had used other solicitors previously and relied on us chasing them, we didn’t have to do this once - David was very clear what was needed and supported back and forth with the sellers solicitor.       Enquired about a case 2.5 weeks ago, had to chase back 3 times until finally on the third time I received a call back by the trainee solicitor who mentioned money as the first thing to throw me off like it was an issue and basically explained how we don't take driving cases but however previously they have tried to take on my driving case. More important the tone/ mannerism of the short phone call I had was in a way that they didn't want to engage with me and can't wait to get on with their day.
