Enquired about a case 2.5 weeks ago, had to chase back 3 times until finally on the third time I received a call back by the trainee solicitor who mentioned money as the first thing to throw me off like it was an issue and basically explained how we don't take driving cases but however previously they have tried to take on my driving case. More important the tone/ mannerism of the short phone call I had was in a way that they didn't want to engage with me and can't wait to get on with their day.

WOW! Natasha is literally the best solicitor. Super kind, responsive, and easy to get a hold of. She also took the time to explain things to us as it was the first time we sold a house and we needed a bit of extra help.
